DB16 Prize Archive - Giveaway: The Big Bag O' Dice
This is the start of the VST Prize archive for DB2022 / DB16, DO NOT expect it to be updated regularly!
We have normal dice a'plenty and more than a few special items than I can show with 4 pictures! We have chrome dice, metal dice, resin dice, light up LED dice with their own chargers, and dice that can hold a set of polyhedral dice, & that's just the warm up. I got a die that commemorate the weirdness of 2021, for when you REALLY need to roll that natural Suez Canal Jam! I got a d20 that always rolls a nat. 20 guaranteed, because it has a 20 on each face! I even got a commemorative Origins Game fair 2020 d6. "How can that be when there was no Origins in 2020?" I hear you ask. I'm just that good!
We even have a set of Dice-ert Bus for Hope dice. (no, I am not going to apologize for the pun.) They are a set of amethyst polyhedrals in the DBH font with the air freshener tree for the high number!
All the dice you could need for normal rolling or for just showing off. All for you!
BIG Bag of dice contents:
First row:
1. Big hollow 3D printed d20 that opens to hold more dice.
2. DB dice, amethyst? Really pretty.
3. DBloon
4. Solid brass (?) d20 with "high roller" case. Every face is a 20.
5. Really sparkly D&D set. Really pretty. I have no idea what they're made of but they're my favourite. It looks like twinkling stars.
6. 3 resin (?) d20s with a duck, a skull and a pumpkin inside.
7. Origins and Gencon dice.
Second row:
1. Metal D&D set, blue and silver.
2. "WizDice" (?) and bag. They are d6s with faces "×2, "+"×2 and "-"×2.
3. Giant blue spindown d20.
3.5. mini 3d printed DB d6 (yellow on yellow, hard to see)
4. Metal hollow dice. Two sets of D&D dice. The sound they make is amazing.
5. metal d10 with lots of detail.
5.5. Magic 8-ball die? Faces are "Like yeah, I think", "Nope", etc.
6. Metal, steel (?) and pink. Very shiny.
7. SKULL DICE
Third row:
1. Very nice resin (?) D&D set, gold inset numerals on a sparkly background.
2. Brass (?) metal D&D set.
3. Blue and gold D&D set, in a fancy tin. d6 says Origins 2020 (I don't know what that is).
4. 2021 d20, custom die to remember 2021 with, faces like "NFTs", "Suez Canal"
5. My glass of water.
Fourth row:
1. Amethyst (?) D&D set. Looks amazing.
2. More brass dice.
The rest is the loose dice. Looks like 17ish sets of D&D dice, and another ~25 one-offs. All plastic, normal (but still great) dice.
Not shown: USB dice (?), which are charging (!) and if they work I'll show them later. It's a D&D set.
The small translucent orange set near the bottom right are my go-to colour, so glad to have more of those as well!
phew. I estimate this to be exactly too many dice, and I am so happy.
